The Concord Leadership Group welcomes Emily J. Pitman as COO.

We are thrilled to announce that Emily J. Pitman has been promoted to a forward-facing formal role with The Concord Leadership Group. Emily has played an active role with CLG’s CEO Marc A. Pitman in the development and work of FundraisingCoach, The Nonprofit Academy, the Quadrant 3 Leadership Coach Certification, and The Concord Leadership Group.

Emily’s strategy, creativity, and administrative agility paired with Marc’s vision, expertise, and enthusiasm will set a wider foundation for CLG’s growth into its second decade of training and equipping leaders.

Emily brings decades of community leadership, strategy, and administration. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach holding the ACC credential from International Coaching Federation.

As COO, Emily will sit on the other end of the leadership teeter totter from Marc. Initially, she will identify gears and connections that will support the growth path the CEO envisions. Supporting the current offerings of Concord Leadership Group, Emily will focus on creating sustainable systems and growth, especially for The Nonprofit Academy and Q3LC coaches.

In addition to balancing the teeter totter, Emily will be actively coaching CLG clients and representing the Concord Leadership Group in her talks and trainings. Emily’s private coaching and writing work at EJPitman.com will continue in a limited capacity as it is adopted into the group of CLG brands.
